Waterproofing

Water can enter your basement in many ways.  Sometimes solving a problem can be as simple as cleaning your gutters or changing the grade of the yard.  Other times it may involve fixing a crack or installing window wells around the basement windows.  The most common reason for wet basements is hydrostatic pressure.  This is the build up of water around the walls and floor that eventually makes it way in where the wall and floor meet, through the walls, or in some cases up through the floor.  These situations require a sump pump system or a sump pump/drainage combination system.  Whatever your problem our trained professionals can help you choose the system that is right for you.
